Therapy gives you the space and time to consider areas of your life which you would like to address. Speaking to a trained professional, like myself, allows you to identify unhelpful patterns and to regain the much needed clarity. This in turn paves the way for positive changes. If we work together, you will dictate the speed and content of what we work on and I will be there to facilitate growth.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, which means I draw on different theories to provide the best possible care for my patients. I create a non-judgmental, friendly and positive environment where we can build a therapeutic alliance.
I use elements of Person-Centred theory, Psychodynamic counselling, CBT, DBT and Trauma Focused CBT.
I am an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) which means I follow their Code of Ethics.
