It isn't easy to be a child or a teenager today. There are a number of pressures coming through school work and exams as well as the social scene, with the added complication of social media. Home lives can also be turbulent which can impact children negatively. 
My priority is for the young person to feel comfortable and heard. This facilitates exploration of their feelings in a safe and peaceful environment. Understanding their emotions better facilitates managing them in a more productive way.  
In my work with young people and children I use a variety of tools and techniques including integrative talking therapy, art and play therapy also elements of movement and drama. I can help with the following:

family difficulties including divorce
loss and bereavement
